ENFIELD COMMUNITY ART EXHIBITION BRINGS CREATIVITY TO DEVONSHIRE SQUARE
Devonshire Square will be transformed into a vibrant hub of creativity this summer as the Enfield Community Art Exhibition arrives for a special two-day event on Saturday 6 June and Sunday 7 June.
Bringing together a diverse mix of local artists, makers and performers, the exhibition celebrates the depth of creative talent across Enfield, with a packed programme designed to engage visitors of all ages.
Across both days, visitors can explore a pop-up exhibition featuring all participating artists, alongside opportunities to meet the creatives behind the work and learn more about their inspiration and process.
Saturday’s programme leans into live performance and hands-on creativity. A curated line-up of live music from That Blue Patch will feature performances from Mark Page, Ronnie Lee, Luna Muncaster and Oscar, creating a lively backdrop throughout the day. Visitors can also take part in a series of creative workshops, including a watercolour landscapes session with Chris Seddon and an introduction to linocut with Helena Moock. Live drawing demonstrations from Ele Adokwu and Hazel Williams will bring art to life in real time, while the popular Brownie Bar London will be on hand to keep visitors fuelled.
On Sunday, the focus shifts to a mix of relaxed creativity and interactive experiences. A DJ set from Colour Carver and MaZin Grace will set the tone, alongside workshops such as “Paint Your Feelings” with Angela Dierks and charcoal and graphite basics with Hilary Emetuche. Visitors can also enjoy live drawing from Rachel Fairbairn and, once again, meet the exhibiting artists throughout the day.
The event is designed not just as an exhibition, but as a community celebration of art, creativity and connection—giving residents the chance to discover new talent, try something new, and spend time in a welcoming shared space.
Whether you’re an art enthusiast, a curious beginner, or simply looking for something different to do over the weekend, the Enfield Community Art Exhibition promises a dynamic and engaging experience right in the heart of Palmers Green.
