Local artist's exhibition opening in Arbeit Studios, Palmers Green
Opening Event: Friday 24th November, 6-10pm
Mickos’ exhibition will run from 24th November - 16th December.
Open Saturdays and Sundays 10am - 6pm

Featuring local makers, music and mulled wine to warm you while you browse
Enjoy double the market, by heading along to the Christmas Market from 10am-4pm at Devonshire Square on the same day !

Wednesday Wellness by Jeni Yoga
This 75-minute yoga class stretches your body, builds strength and stability, and guides you into deep bliss. A combination of physical postures, breath, meditation and rest, this class doesn't start easy, but I promise the hard work pays off as you enter into deep restorative relaxation at the end.
This class is suitable for beginners and experienced practitioners alike. So long as you can get up and down from the floor, we can make the class work for you.
When: Continues every Wednesday at 8pm until Christmas!
